1. Order Cancellation & Unsuccessful Orders
If an order is unsuccessful due to circumstances on our side, the eligible amount paid for the order will be refunded to the customer.
The refund amount will be based on the amount eligible for refund and may exclude any applicable third-party fees, bank charges, payment processing fees, or transaction fees that are not refundable to us.
2. Bank & Payment Transfer Fees
Customers are responsible for any fees charged by their bank, payment provider, intermediary bank, or financial institution when making a payment to us.
For refunds, Poplyx Ticketing will initiate the refund for the applicable refund amount. Any fees charged by banks, payment providers, intermediary banks, or other financial institutions during the refund transfer may be deducted from the amount received by the customer.
Poplyx Ticketing is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party financial institutions and does not guarantee that the customer will receive the exact same net amount after such fees are deducted.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
International bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on the banks and financial institutions involved.
Poplyx Ticketing is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, intermediary banks, currency conversion, weekends, public holidays, or other third-party financial institutions.
4. Currency & Exchange Rate Differences
Where a refund involves an international payment or currency conversion, the amount received by the customer may differ due to:
- Bank transfer fees
- Intermediary bank fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Exchange-rate fluctuations
- Payment provider charges
Poplyx Ticketing is not responsible for losses arising from currency conversion or exchange-rate differences.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise stated by Poplyx Ticketing, the following fees may be non-refundable:
- Bank transfer fees
- Payment processing fees
- Intermediary bank fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Third-party transaction fees
- Other fees charged by financial institutions or payment providers
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and bank information when requested.
If incorrect information is provided and additional fees are incurred as a result, the customer may be responsible for those additional charges.
7. Refund Disputes
If you believe there is an error with your refund, please contact Poplyx Ticketing with your order details and relevant payment information.
We will review the transaction and provide the available transfer or refund information where appropriate.
8. Policy Changes
Poplyx Ticketing reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy when necessary. Any changes will be published through our official channels and will apply to future transactions.
