By using Poplyx’s services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making any request or payment.

1. ABOUT POPLYX
Poplyx is a ticketing service company that assists customers in securing concert and live event tickets for a service fee. Our services include Help-To-Buy (HTB) and Bypass Link services. Poplyx is not affiliated with any official ticketing platform, event organizer, or artist unless stated otherwise.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. SERVICES
3.1 HELP-TO-BUY (HTB) SERVICE
Customers authorize Poplyx to attempt to purchase tickets on their behalf. Customers must clearly specify the event, ticket category, and quantity. Successful purchases depend entirely on ticket availability and external ticketing platforms.

3.2 BYPASS LINK SERVICE
Poplyx provides skip the queue access. There is no guarantee that tickets will be available once the link is used. Success depends on external systems and timing.

4. FEES & PAYMENTS
All service fees are clearly stated before confirmation and must be paid in advance. Fees may vary depending on event demand and difficulty.

5. NO GUARANTEE
Poplyx does not guarantee successful ticket purchases, specific seating, or successful checkout via bypass links. Failures caused by sold-out events, queue systems, platform errors, or restrictions do not qualify for refunds.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All service fees are non-refundable once the service has started. No refunds will be provided for customer change of mind, or incorrect information provided. Any exception is strictly at Poplyx’s discretion.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to provide accurate details, respond promptly if contacted, and not misuse services or links. Abuse, fraudulent behavior, or unfair chargebacks may result in service termination without refund.

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from Poplyx services and may lead to further action. Customers must contact Poplyx first to resolve any issues.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Poplyx is not liable for losses beyond the service fee, missed events, emotional distress, or third-party platform actions. All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

10. SERVICE TERMINATION
Poplyx reserves the right to reject, cancel, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
Poplyx may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the latest version.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
